WHO WE ARE, WHERE WE ARE GOING AND WHY WE NEED YOU

Flexkeeping was born out of a simple desire (as well as not such a great personal experience of our founder) to make the life of hotel professionals easier. We saw that they still operate with pen and paper, which leads to inefficiency, chaos and overall unhappy employees as well as bad guest experience. To solve this issue, we’ve created a platform that helps hoteliers run their hotels better. Think WhatsApp, Asana, Trello, and PowerBI combined, but designed specifically for hoteliers needs. That’s Flexkeeping.

Since we took our first steps in 2013, we have seen 300% year-on-year growth and expanded to over 40,000 rooms worldwide. We went from 0 to 💪. However, we are not planning to stop anytime soon.

We want to bring Flexkeeping into the pockets of all hotel professionals in the world. To reach this, and set the new industry standard while we’re at it, we need YOU – you, who is not afraid of a challenge, of putting in the time, of playing in the big league. Our clients are at the very core of our business, and we need you to help us keep them happy. Guaranteeing a constantly high level of client satisfaction is no small feat, which is why we are looking for a diligent, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with excellent people skills who will help resolve our clients’ issues. Every department is a distinct feature of Flexkeeping, but it is our client relations team who is the face we show to the world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Help clients with potential problems and answer their questions (no matter how big or small) via our online chat or phone
  • Assure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Work together with your teammates and the development team to identify issues and suggest improvements
  • Investigate problems and consult the development team to find solutions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY

  • Communicative and sociable with great people skills
  • Fluent in Slovenian, Croatian, English and possibly German (other languages are a big plus)
  • Problem solver who enjoys doing puzzles and can think outside of the box
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious and unafraid to tackle new challenges
  • Tech savvy and eager to learn about new technologies
  • Excel and other MS Office tools are your friends
  • Motivated to constantly grow professionally as well as personally
  • Pssst, you get extra points for previous hotel work experience and interest in data
