Writing notes or streamlining a message to all staff members can be time-consuming and sometimes even impossible. There is usually no single communication channel for all, and some staff members, like housekeepers, might not have any communication channels. With our new Notice Board feature, you can now easily broadcast any message and reach every team member.
The Notice Board is where all staff members working on your property can post messages and files to everyone in their team or the whole hotel team at once. It's kind of like a bulletin board to which anyone in your hotel can contribute. It helps make sure all your employees stay up-to-date with everything that's going on.
How it works?
Your team will use the Notice Board every day to stay up-to-date on what's going on in your hotel. It allows sharing information much more timely and organized than via an email or a WhatsApp group message. If you're looking for a way to keep your team updated in a structured and efficient manner, the Notice Board is just the right tool.
You can post a message to all your colleagues with ease just by tapping on "Add New" in your Notice Board navigation. Posting is easy — type up a new message, select whom you want to send it to (or pick everyone if you have a team-wide announcement), and tap post. The same principle works both on desktop and mobile.
You can also have a complete overview of past messages and manage all of your posts—meaning you can see who has seen your message, read it, and ensure that everyone is informed.
How can you get this feature?
