Flexkeeping Launches New Analytics Dashboard For Housekeeping Performance
Enhanced reporting gives hotels deeper visibility into one of their most cost-critical operations.
Flexkeeping, a Mews company, has launched a new and improved Analytics Dashboard, designed to give hotel teams a clearer, more accurate view of housekeeping performance. The dashboard turns complex, high-volume housekeeping activity into actionable insights.
The dashboard now captures housekeeping data in full detail, tracking every cleaning action, inspection, and correction. Cleanings and inspections are reported separately, all cleaning types are supported, and guest context (such as do not disturb or eco-stays) is included to ensure performance data is viewed accurately.
The dashboard introduces key metrics such as average rooms cleaned per person, total working days, and expected versus actual cleaning time. These insights help hotels balance workloads more fairly, identify inefficiencies, and make data-backed staffing and budgeting decisions.
Designed for both single properties and hotel groups, the dashboard supports multi-property views, granular time filtering, and easy data exports for reporting to leadership or partners.
The new dashboard provides a foundation for future analytics across additional operational departments, reinforcing Flexkeeping’s focus on data-driven, efficient hotel operations.
“We designed this dashboard with the future in mind,” said Flexkeeping CPO and Co-Founder, Aljaž Ketis. “It creates a scalable analytics foundation that will support new dashboards, smarter benchmarks, and more advanced operational insights as hotels continue to evolve.”
